Y Combinator's Winter 2023 batch features four startups that are building a "ChatGPT for X". Yuma, one of these startups, is focused on providing ChatGPT-like AI systems that integrate with help desk software to suggest drafts of replies to customer tickets. Yuma was created by accident by founder Guillaume Luccisano, who was overwhelmed with demo requests after releasing the prototype in mid-December 2022.
